Besides creativity as our core forte, each one of us is well equipped with multiple skill sets. We do admit that though we don’t have answers to all the questions, we are adamant about not leaving any stone unturned in our quest to achieve the desired idea.
Nishal Lama
Creative Head
The brain behind the ideas that rolls us into action mode is Nishal, a friend more than a Boss. A coffee lover, a workaholic, and an enthusiastic individual who loves staying glued to his system any time of the day. Being a Photojournalist for almost two decades adds up to his creative quotient. He refers to himself as a ‘ Storyteller’ as he is a strong believer in human stories. This Agency is a call that answers his creative inclination in a wider horizon.

Alisha is the spine of our firm’s existence as it was her vision and enthusiasm to do something in the field of creativity. She quit her job in the aviation industry to give shape to her dream. Mother to two pet dogs; but mind you behind this loving, caring nature of hers she is not to be taken for granted when it comes to cracking business deals. Blessed with a brilliant sense to understand the nerve of her clients- her negotiation strategy is to vouch for them.

Chetan Singh, our Marketing Director, backed with his experience of more than a decade, is well versed in overseeing and steering marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen our firm’s market position. A professional with awe-inspiring analytic and time management skills, he has a knack for finding growth where others go amiss but is also ready with a recovery plan to own his miss. He is our firm’s driving force with a magnetic magnitude to steer every department in harmony to achieve the desired goals.

Samrat, our Marketing Head, with almost three decades of experience in the field of Marketing and sales, is highly skilled in implementing sales and targeted marketing strategies. A result-driven and organised individual, he possesses good marketing and sales skills to bag business rolling for our company. Well, his positive and resilient attitude is to vouch for identifying prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking sales data for the smooth sailing of the Company. Music is his mode of unwinding to de-stress after a boisterous pitch of the day.

Relationship Manager
Nisha, our Relationship Manager with an experience of two years, has great communication skills and an understanding of the company’s products and services which sharpens her skills to best help clients with their needs and strengthen the relationship between the organisation and the consumers. She is a travel enthusiast who loves interacting and exploring novel possibilities which are attributed to developing her communication skills to a great extent.

Admin Head
Mariam, our Admin head backed with her six years of experience as an operations executive, has extensive leadership skills that propel her to manage every department with ease and achieve the operational objectives of the company. She has strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills that help her to implement each project strategically. She has a weakness for good music, but we cannot judge her based on that aspect since she has potent collaboration skills to delegate, lead and participate in the company’s success.
Joel Thomas
DOP and Editor
Joel, the man who is the jack of all trades and master at photography and video editing is one we depend upon to save our day. While the pictures and videos are merely puzzling pieces, our DOP frames them and creates lovely narratives around them. He is our firm’s Cuber that manages to put up the scattered pieces together that help accentuate our online content.
Madhavi Pradhan
Content Head
Madhavi is an avid reader and has a passion for writing. She has an innate creative bent and is an adept learner and observer, which contributes to her versatility. She is a nature and animal lover; who is keen on teaching and learning new stuff but when it comes to writing she deliberately considers it an art form. A person that has a zest for life, who believes in adding millennial touch in the era of generation Z.
Nawami Gurung
Creative Writer and Content Strategist
Nawami has a niche for photography and creativity but writing is her hobby. A lady with unending patience. Don’t let her soft-spoken nature fool you as she is one of the most diligent members of the team. A skilled writer and pro multitasker are two words that define her in a nutshell. She has been through thick and thin more so as an indispensable support system for our team. She is the recipient of several Grants and awards to her credit.
Souradip Mukherjee
Writer and Content Strategist
Souradip regards writing to be a tool for interpersonal interaction and communication. In essence, he is drawn to telling stories that represent a respectable version of his thoughts. His interests are in movies and the visual arts, and he finds the mechanics and technique of filmmaking to be particularly fascinating. More specifically, the term “ Wordsmith” fits him well.
Rohan Pradhan
Graphic designer and Visualiser
Rohan conceptualizes visuals and breathes life into our content. He acts as a medium who helps in communicating our content ideas to their desired look. Hardworking and diligent define him and that reflects in every single project he handles. Not to mention his fun-loving and friendly nature would be unjust on our part. He is one indispensable member of our team.

A man donning many hats with ease is Biswajeet. As our Animator and Video-editor, we turn to him to mold our ideas, thought contents, creative visuals, and shots to achieve a dignified version. He has an eye for detail which aptly reflects his understanding of visual communications and organizational skills in every project he deals with. A person of few words but his personable and friendly attitude doesn’t go unnoticed by us. Indeed! His work does the talking for him.
Siddhartha Chamling
3D Designer and Visualiser
Siddhartha, our 3D designer intrigued by the intricacies of VFX utilized in movies and video games developed an interest in designing. A calm and collected individual eager to learn new things and gives his all to the task at hand. He is an introvert by nature, but a book can never be judged by its cover, which is why he is rightly referred to as a creative powerhouse.
Rakshana Karki
Junior content writer
Rakshana has an inclination for reading which propels her to be a writer. She has great research skills which add credibility to her ideas to an extent that fulfills her perspective on a wider note. She is the most talkative among us who liven up our otherwise dull days. Her carefree and easygoing nature cannot judge her passion for focused creativity and organizational skills which is duly visible in her work. She is that zing element of our team.

Since Amir has always been attracted by computers and enjoys browsing them, he picked up UI design skills fairly quickly. His enthusiasm for Web design and his skill at effective communication make him a valuable asset in his line of work.
